Booking Rates For Common Areas
With effect from 8 June 2016, all bookings of common facilities (void decks, pavilions, multi-purpose hall etc) is available 6 months in advance.
All bookings are on first-come-first-serve basis. Please note that the Town Council reserves the right to offer alternatives sites should there be any unforseen circumstances.
The table below shows booking rates for common areas and BBQ pits in Jurong GRC, Yuhua SMC and Bukit Batok SMC.
Please note Bukit Batok Sheltered Sports Facility is not available for booking.

Booking of Pavilion at Blk 105A Bukit Batok Central
Booking is only opened to residents and parents/children of residents staying in RC Zone 1 & 2.
Successful booking is subjected to Property Manager’s approval.
The pavilion will only hold 1 wedding a month.
Should the wedding be held on the last week of the month (for example: 25 Jan 2016), there will be 1 week break before the wedding can be held on the next month (8 Feb 2016 onwards).
Weddings at Ar Raudhah Mosque, Bukit Batok East
Booking of Blk 242 – 250 void deck is only applicable for residents staying in Bukit Batok East Zone 2.
Usage of Light Emitting Wreaths and Inflatables at Funeral Wakes
The following guidelines are intended to provide guidance to premises owners and the industry on the quantity and operational conditions for light emitting wreaths and inflatables deployed at the funeral wake. Click here for more information.
1. Blk 453 Jurong West St 42 Covered Activity Plaza
Speakers must be placed towards the road of Jurong West St 42 and not inwards towards the blocks.
Any infringement will void the Permit being issued and may subject to enforcement action by the Town Council.
2. Blk 509 Jurong West St 51 Open Space for Religious Function
Only residents from Jurong Spring Division can make the booking. Booking can be up to a maximum of 3 days only, details of at least one of the wedding couple must be a Jurong Spring resident. Particulars will be verified.
